Nutrisystem Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of its Chocolate Cheesecake due to an undeclared soy allergen. The product was distributed across multiple states in the United States, including AL, AR, CO, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, WI, WV, and WY.

- With 48 units per case.
- It bears the product code 40007
- Lot code CH030426.
- A total of 5,184 units are affected.

The recall was initiated by the firm on May 13, 2026, after the issue was discovered. The classification date was June 16, 2026, and it was classified as Class II. The recall is currently ongoing, and no press release has been issued.
