Pêcheries Aquaphin Inc. has issued a recall for its Pangea Shellfish & Seafood Co., Inc. Pacific Oysters - Pickering Passage due to potential Norovirus contamination. The affected products have been distributed in Quebec, Canada. The recall was classified as Class II.The recalled product is:
- The Pacific Oyster - Farm Raised, Pickering Passage
- Sold in 120-count packages.
- There are three affected lots:
Lot # WSM-676, harvested on 11/15/2024 Wet-stored at MA9169SS from 11/17/24 to 11/17/24
Lot # WSN-229, harvested on 11/28/2024 Wet-stored at MA9169SS from 12/1/24 to 12/1/24
Lot # WSN-465, harvested on 12/5/2024 Wet-stored at MA9169SS from 12/8/24 to 12/8/24
Consumers are advised to not use, sell, serve, or distribute the affected products. The product may be returned to where they purchased it.
