Pak'nSave Petone is recalling its brands NZ Beef Mince and NZ Pork Mince due to potential contamination with foreign matter, specifically plastic. The products are sold at Pak'nSave Petone. There have been no reports of associated injury.The recalled products include Pak'nSave Petone brand NZ Beef Mince and NZ Pork Mince of various weights with the Best Before: 10.03.24. The products are packaged in clear plastic trays of various weights. The recall does not affect any other Pak'nSave Petone products.
Customers are advised to check the best-before date on the packaging. Affected products should not be consumed. Consumers who have eaten these products and have health concerns should seek medical advice. Customers can return the products to Pak'nSave Petone for a full refund.
