PNP Farms NZ Ltd is recalling a batch of its PNP Farms' Butchery brand Pure Angus Beef Sausage due to potential contamination with glass. The product was sold at PNP Farms Butchery locations in Rangiora and Christchurch, New Zealand, and has not been exported.Locations where the product was sold:
- PNP Farms Butchery, 84 High Street Rangiora, 7400
- PNP Farms Butchery Bush Inn, 20 Waimairi Road, Christchurch, 8041
AFFECTED PRODUCT:
- PNP Farms' Butchery brand Pure Angus Beef Sausage
- Available in various weights.
- It is sold in plastic packaging from the serve-over counter.
- The affected batch has a best-before date of 17.08.25.
- The product has not been exported.
The issue was discovered following a report of an associated injury. The recall was initiated on August 13, 2025.
