Update January 12th, 2026:Authorities clarified that the recall is due to a mislabeling and mispacking issue between Chicken & Chorizo Paella and Chicken Chow Mein, which resulted in undeclared milk exposure. No changes were made to the affected products, use-by dates, or consumer advice.

PUREPOWER Nutrition has recalled Chicken & Chorizo Paella and Chicken Chow Mein after a mispacking issue resulted in the presence of undeclared milk. The recall is specific to Northern Ireland.
AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
PRODUCT: Chicken & Chorizo Paella
- Pack Size: 400g
- Use by: All dates up to and including 17 January 2026
PRODUCT: Chicken Chow Mein
- Pack Size: 400g
- Use by: All dates up to and including 15 January 2026
PUREPOWER Nutrition has recalled both products as a precautionary measure and has issued point-of-sale notices to customers. The company has also been advised to contact relevant allergy support organisations to inform affected consumers about the recall. The recall was last updated on 9 January 2026.
