Ready-To-Eat Frozen Chicken Products recalled due to to a lack of import reinspection

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert for certain ready-to-eat frozen chicken products due to a lack of import reinspection. The products are no longer available for purchase.The product in question is the:
- "Yummy Dino Buddies Holiday NUGGETS Breaded nugget-shaped white meat chicken patties"
- Sold in 5-lb. cardboard box packages.
- The batch carries a "Best if Used by Date" of 11/06/26
- Lot #241556.
- The products bear the Canadian establishment seal “348”
- Were shipped to a Costco retail location in Goleta, California.
The issue was discovered by FSIS inspection personnel who found that the products had not undergone the required FSIS import reinspection. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them and return them to where they purchased it.
