Organics Best of Torrance Ca. large, 9"-10" diameterfrozen spinach pizza 3 pack, code on the box "080117, 13:20, Best by 03/21/2018". This was Sat June 3rd., 20178....12 hours of hell. Totally fine next morning. This was from a new box. Thru out the rest. Will not buy again.

Within about 2 hours after consuming item, felt discomfort, 5 hours later was in complete distress, losing consciousness and entire bodily functions, massive diarrhea, then vomiting.
