Ruck's Meat Processing, based in Belle Plaine, MN, is recalling various ready-to-eat sausage products due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. These products were distributed in Minnesota, USA.

"TOLLEFSON FAMILY PORK" PRODUCTS:
- Homestyle Wieners
- Smoked Polish Sausage with Cheddar Cheese
- No Sugar Added Homestyle Wieners
Tollefson Family Pork products subject to this recall were sold at various farmers' markets and wholesale events.

RUCK'S MEAT PROCESSING PRODUCT:
- Cheese Polish Sausage.
Ruck's Meat Processing products subject to this recall were sold at their retail location in Belle Plaine.

AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
- They feature the establishment number "8921" inside the State of Minnesota mark of inspection.
- A packed-on date of "6-25-25" on the label.
- Ruck's Meat Processing also produced sausage products under the label "Tollefson Family Pork", which would have the same mark of inspection and packed on date of "6-25-25."

The issue was identified during routine sampling by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. The recall was initiated on July 7, 2025, and is classified as a Class I recall.
