T&T Supermarket Inc. is recalling certain winter melon pastries due to undeclared milk, soy, and eggs. These products were sold at locations in Brossard and Saint-Laurent, Montreal.AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
PRODUCT: "MINI WINTER MELON PAT 6X"
- Allergen: Soy milk (it said "may contain", but it should have read "contains")
- Format: Pack of 6 units
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of milk and soy
PRODUCT: "WINTER MELON PASTA"
- Allergens: Eggs
- Format: 90 g
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of eggs
The products were sold in packs of 6and were packaged in a resealable clear plastic container, while those sold individually were packaged in a clear plastic bag. All products were sold at room temperature.
The recall was initiated as a precautionary measure in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food. It is classified as a Class I recall and was announced on January 8, 2026.
