Tesco Free From Bran Flakes - recalled due to undeclared allergens

1 year ago source www.fsai.ie

Recall notice

Ireland

The FSAI announced the recall of Tesco Free From Bran Flakes because it may contain a small amount of another variant of cereal which contains milk and hazelnuts. These allergens are not declared on the label of Tesco Free From Bran Flakes. This may make the batch unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of milk and/or nuts. This product was distributed in Ireland.

The recalled product is:
- Tesco Free From Bran Flakes, 300g, Best before date: 26 May 2024

If you have bought the affected product and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents and/or an allergy to hazelnut (nuts) do not eat it. Instead, throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.

In case you experienced harm from allergens or undeclared ingredients, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve issues and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.
