Tortilleria Xpress has issued a recall for its tortilla products due to an undeclared soy allergen. The affected products were distributed in Texas, the United States. The issue was discovered by the company, and the recall is classified as Class II. It was voluntarily initiated by Tortilleria Xpress on May 6, 2025, and classified on June 11, 2025.

The recall involves:
- Tortilla de mesa (12 units per package)
- Tortilla Pirata (10 units per package)
- Tortilla cruda especial (20 units per package)
- Tortilla Cruda Pirata (20 units per package)

The number of products affected was 359 packages, and all of them are labeled with an expiry date via date gun.
