Candy Dynamics has issued a recall for its Toxic Waste Sour Slushy Freeze and Squeeze products due to elevated glycerol levels. The affected items were distributed in Ireland.AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
- Toxic Waste Blue Raspberry Sour Slushy Freeze and Squeeze (250ml)
- Toxic Waste Lemon and Lime Sour Slushy Freeze and Squeeze (250ml)
- Toxic Waste Apple Sour Slushy freeze and Squeeze (250ml)
All batch codes and all best-before dates were affected. The country of origin is the United Kingdom.
The issue was identified as a precaution due to the potential for side effects in young children consuming large quantities. The recall was initiated on September 23, 2025, and is classified as a Category 1 alert.
