I ate a roast beef sandwich around 1100am Friday the 15th of February. I awoke having severe stomach cramps, watery diarrhea and vomiting around 10am Saturday. It is finally resolving this afternoon.

I ate it for an early dinner and then later in evening I felt sick to my stomach and had nothing else that night cause I was full from dinner. I was up since 3am.
