Ate a whopper at midnight. And 4-6 hours later I was violently throwing up and horrendous diarreah st the same time. Pulled a muscle in my stomach terrible cold sweats

Purchased double whopper with cheese and bacon, cheesy tots, next morning woke up with diarrhea, had it for like 7 times today :(
