I had the chicken nuggets then the next morning I woke up with diarrhea and an upset stomach which eventually lead to me throwing up

Everything was fresh nothing tasted wrong until 3 Hrs later after work was in the restroom 2 times then woke up in the middle of the night and went to the restroom 3 more times and couldn’t fall back asleep
