I had a Sausage roll and steak bake from the hot counter which caused diarrhoea.

Ate a greggs on the snow day in exeter. Only other food consumed for days before/days after was cooked at home and my partner is not sick. I havent been in contact with anyone else with the bug. Violent vomitting, fever and other symptoms followed around 24-48 hours after consumption.
