My son ate at the McDonalds at 3912 McLeod Trail SE in Calgary, AB. He ate Chicken burger, fried, and fries and a iced coffee. He is extremely ill, and started 2 hours after he had eaten at this McDonalds.

Ate this meal after school, tasted absolutely fine. Had a nap when I got home and then woke up extremely nauseous. Proceeded to throw up from 5:00pm to 3:00 am
