Ate chicken nugget, apples juice, fried and apple slices from mcdonalds, 1 got sick either from the Apples or the apple juice. We both had the same meal but she had apples and apple juice and I didn't get sick

Child and I both had chicken nuggets at 630. Around 11 we both started vomiting had fevers and I had diarrhea.
