Became severely ill within a couple of hours of eating two Sausage and Cheese McMuffins just after 1am on 11/03/2019. Have lost 7 pounds in less than 24 hrs due to excessive diarrhea and vomiting, and I'm still trying to rehydrate plus recover. Lesser symptoms are persisting.…

Ate around 3am after New Year's Eve, then woke up immediatly around 11am and felt extreme pain in my stomach. The McDonalds were on their breakfast menu at the time, and I am not sure if it was either the food or the drink being the culprit,…
