Vomir excessivement pendant la nuit et a dû courir aux toilettes pour diarrhée. J'ai pris un wrap au poulet.

I went to Nando’s about 1.30 felt fine until 5 ish then felt hot and like I needed to be sick, 11pm with sever abdominal pain followed by violent vomit and diarrhoea. I ate chicken in a Pitta bread
