Du 29 octobre à aujourd'hui, le 5 novembre, mon partenaire et moi souffrons d'une diarrhée sévère qui nous a fait manquer de nombreux jours de voyage. Nous ne savons pas exactement ce que c'est, car nous mangeons tous les deux des choses différentes.

c'est la glace qu'ils utilisent dans nos boissons et nos cocktails qui provoquait de graves diarrhées. Ils utilisent l'eau du robinet non filtrée pour créer la glace.

Mon mari a couru le premier soir. Chaque fois qu'il mangeait quelque chose, il devait courir aux toilettes. Après avoir commandé le room service. J'ai eu de la diarrhée, des vomissements et de la fièvre. L'ensemble du groupe de 20 personnes a fait des courses et 8
ont eu de la fièvre et des vomissements. J'ai cru que j'allais mourir. J'aurai peur de péter et quand je vomirai, je sortirai aussi par derrière. La pire expérience de ma vie !

Ils ont dîné dans leur restaurant italien. Tous les plats étaient servis chauds, certainement pas frais. Avoir une diarrhée sévère, des nausées et des maux d'estomac. Impossible de dormir et de manquer une excursion sans remboursement. C'est un hôtel horrible.

1 day in, my friend was vomiting, and had no appetite. 2 days in, I had horrible stomach pain, diarrhea, every 10 minutes all night long. Stayed in bed for an entire day. Couldn't eat or drink, due to the stomach pain. Flu like symptoms, chills, lethargy,
weakness. I'm on my third day, a little better, but still waves of horrible stomach pains, and diarrhea.
Hotel seemed very familiar with guests in this condition. Advised I drink "water with salt and sugar", good thing I brought my own electrolytes, and other diarrhea meds, but didn't help much.
Plates in dining hall are still visibility dirty, so I am guessing cleanliness and sanitation is not a high priority in the kitchen.
Our room was also dirty when we checked in.
I'm not drinking any alchoholic drinks, just water, so that's not it.

Horrible experience in Punta Canada. I Honestly thought I was going to die, massive diarrhea and vomiting over 5 days. Water tastes like crap and even the bottled water has no quality. Watch out for your life going there. I left and It's been 9 days and
I'm still not 100%. The resort looks very nice on the outside but they serve you s*ty water and food. Don't fool yourself, it's not 5*

We stayed at from 5/15/2019 - 5/23/2019, my husband had a salad at the buffet and a worm crawled out of his salad, didn't get sick, 2 got sick and were there for 4 days, the common denominator was the lemon aid, they both sait it didn't
taste right. I tasted it but I didn't drink a full glass my sister and brother drunk the lemon aid at the Japanese Restaurant and the both got the run for like 2 days. My husband and brother in law both were served drinks that didnt taste or smell like alcohol.

My brother and I had drinks which were all inclusive after we started to get real sick. I found a worm the buffet which I showed the waiter. He took the dish away, but returned with the same dish minus the worm. We arrived in Germany and spent one week in the hospital.

Both my parents went to DR and traveled around a lot and ended their stay in Punta Cana and the last two days of their trip got so sick with vomiting and fever and cold symptoms and fatigue. It's been 5 days and they're still trying to recover and have both been home from work.

I stayed at the Ocean El Faro, during March of 2019. I was extremely sick. I even sent my wife an email from the hotel room because my heart palpitations were so bad I thought I was gonna die, no joke.
