J'ai commandé le sandwich Asiago pour le petit déjeuner le matin. La seule chose que j'ai mangée toute la journée. Au moment où je me préparais pour le travail, j'ai senti que j'avais des gaz, ce qui provoquait de graves crampes d'estomac. Je suis rentré chez moi en vomissant 9 fois au total le lendemain matin.

Ate sandwich today. Within 1/2 hour diarrhea. Have gone diarrhea 4 times in the past 2 hours.
