I think it was the Oreo cheesecake dessert from the bakery I was the only one in my family who ate it. The next morning I didn’t have an appetite which is unusual started breaking out into a sweat then the diarrhea and vomiting began. I can’t be sure but that’s the last thing I ate

Morning star veggie sausage patty, Just me. Symptoms started after 6 hours. No watery diarrhea , just very soft stool with multiple bowel movements
