White Castle frozen Sandwiches recalled due to Listeria concerns

FDA announced the recall of a select number of frozen sandwiches products as they might be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenesis by White Castle. There have been no illnesses linked to this recall so far.

FDA advises consumers to discard these products or return them to the store for a full refund. The recalled products were distributed to select retailers and sold in rectangular cardboard packages with the code date located on a side panel. The recalled comprehend a limited number of:
- Frozen 6 pack cheeseburgers
- Frozen 6 pack hamburgers
- Frozen 6 pack jalapeno cheeseburgers
- 16 pack hamburgers
- 16 pack cheeseburgers
