I had a chicken burger with a completely raw chunk of chicken meat in it. I had already consumed 3 quarters of the burger before discovering the problem visually. I had the usual symptoms of food poisoningReported to their head office and there response was super defensive saying that this was impossible even with photographic evidence.
Portugal is a super relaxed country that is not up to speed with proper customer service skills.
I would avoid this establishment for sure. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
