I’m 23 years old and have always eaten cheerios here and there as snacks. Months ago I started to buy the new strawberry & banana flavor and enjoyed it. I bought my second box about a month ago but have only eaten handfuls on the go. Today I had a small bowl of it with almond milk for breakfast. Mid-class I knew something was wrong and I zoomed home. The nausea and diarrhea hit me hard and my stomach won’t stop gurglung. I will have to skip my next class incase I have to use the bathroom again.. I feel so queasy and fiber doesn’t do this to me…espeically the little amount of cheerios I ate. I’m having painful stomach cramps and feel miserable. I started researching online and turns out..this is a recent issue with others too. The cereal is not expired. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Crampes
