Tuesday march 17 2020 my mother 69 years of age and father 70 had gotten 2 salads my mothers garden salad grilled chicken and no cheese and my fathers south west spicy salad. This was at 130 pm at 4 ish they both started experiencing chills and stomach pains, my father started around 8pm going diarrhea severely and than my mother at 9 started to vomit to the point of black out fainting so we called the ambulance and took her to palm coast hospital through numerous examinations including catscan of head and stomach head because when she collapsed she hit her head all tests came out negative with any health issues other than a severe case of food poisoning. So I think it had to be the salad not being washed possibly e-coli or the chicken I've tried numerous amount of times calling I guess cuz there's nobody inside due to the fact of this Coronavirus but I would seriously like to address the situation. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Frissons, Douleur d'estomac
