I was poisoned at Chipotle on June 14, 2017 after eating a carnitas burrito. I notified Chipotle on 6/15. I presented to urgent care on 6/16 when the symptoms had not subsided and was hospitalized on 6/17. I vomited non-stop for a week, lost 13 pounds in a week, and was unable to eat any food for 7 days. | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
