All I ate today was a chicken burrito from chipotle. 3 hours later I was vomiting aggressively all that I had ate. Woke up a few hours later and was having watery diarrhea and throwing up at the same time. Stomach still aches.

I had a steak buritto with brown rice, mild, corn, cheese..... an hour later i started having lower abdominal pain, leading to diarrhea and also nausea
