Ordered Greek salad with house dressing. Lettuce looked very old: it was yellow or white, almost none of it was green. Lots of tomatoes and feta cheese. I brought most of it home if anyone wants to test it for germs. I felt very tired and out of sorts a few hours after dining and have bad stomachache and distress this morning. | Symptômes: Diarrhée
