My spouse ordered a chicken chipolte burito with the chicken and salsa roja on the side, yesterday Tuesday May 8, 2018 4:44 PM. She awoke from sleep last night throwing up and going diaria. This has been going on all day back and forth for 6-10 times.I had half chicken combo and had no intestinal problems.
However I noted to my spouse at dinner that both tomato salsa's had a refrigerator cold storage taste, and were inedible. In looking into it further I smelled each and they both had a chlorine bleach smell emanating from them. Either the containers were cleansed in a bleach solution and not rinsed adequately, or the containers, if plastic had absorbed the chlorine.
The quality of the food was way less than we usually get. The grilled chicken was too dry.
The help was cordial and helpful, but they are not yet aware of this situation, but will be soon.
I surmise that her cubed chicken may have set around at warm temps, too long before used, and became contaminated, but she really didn't eat much of it. That's why she side ordered it. But something in it was bad. She still has about a quarter of it left in the refrigerator, which I may save and freeze in case someone wants it for testing.
Sorry this happened because EPL was a favorite of mine, but the quality had slipped anyway recently, and I'm not sure I can try it again. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
