I got violently sick after eating a sub sandwich from firehouse subs this is not my first time getting sick from firehouse subs-sometimes I am fine and other times-I've become violently ill. I have gotten sick 3 to 4 times now I will never eat there again. This time I called the corporate headquarters only to be so appalled by their actions first they knew immediately to shift the blame to say it was not their food ( even the young kid nighttime manager tried to say it takes three days for food poisoning almost like they have been scripted to say that) #2 who at the corporate headquarters is paying attention as their mission statement states they are for Public Safety but the corporate franchise he did not want to keep a record of this on file only to send it to the store level who?? Who is record keeping and watching-it's like they don't want to take responsibility and they for sure don't want to investigate. I guess they want to sweep it under the carpet and make sure that it stays hidden so they don't have a "Chipolte" episode. I cannot tell you how apalled I am to have called the corporate franchise and their lack of concern, blame shifting, response. a person getting violently sick eating their sub sandwiches 3 to 4 different times at different locations they just did not want to take any blame they didn't want to hear it and they are for sure not concerned about Public Safety very, very,disgusting!!!! I know it was my fault for returning there--but I did not get sick every time. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée
