- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed no hot water at the hand washing sinks located in the modular building (pre-k and kindergarten classes building). Hot water at the time of the inspection was 67. 3f. Instructed to repair so that hot water maintains 100f at all times. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: 5-501. 17 observed no closed receptacle inside of the employee's and girl's toilet rooms. Instructed to provide.
