On Tuesday, 4/23/2019, A friend picked up food from 24-hr Jack in the Box around 5 AM - bacon burger for him, chicken fajita pita & seasoned fries for me. We ate it within 1/2 hour.No other food was consumed.
8 hours later, he began having frequent bouts of diarrhea, with some nausea and stomach discomfort. Friend's diarrhea was every 20 minutes-to-1 hour all of Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday night, and Wednesday morning, when he finally took some Imodium. Once the Imodium wore off, he had a few more episodes of diarrhea Wednesday night and Thursday, which were spacing further apart. His stool gradually began solidifying on Friday.
He reported his symptoms at the establishment both on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, where management was quite apathetic.
Meanwhile, Wednesday, I only felt slightly nauseated but attributed it to a hot day and being tired. However, even after getting a good night's sleep Wednesday night, I awoke Thursday morning feeling extremely nauseated. I went back to bed and napped till Thursday evening, whereupon I threw up, immediately had diarrhea, and continued feeling nauseated through all of Friday.
I avoided any further vomiting by extremely limiting food and drink consumption and sleeping as much as possible. Only had diarrhea twice more. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
