Severe nausea, headaches, diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach cramps after eating 2 asada tacos, 2 mini carnitas tacos, and 1 pork tamale. Stomach pain and cramps started within 1 hour. All the other symptoms arrived within 3 hours and lasted throughout the entire day causing me to miss work. My stomach is still cramping the next day and I have a headache that won’t go away. I went to Panchos Grandview around 1:30am-2am so maybe I got some old food since it was close to closing time.
