I ate Panera Bread on the 18th of April,and so did a friend. We got the same exact meal, Mac & Cheese. I started feeling very nauseous that night & I was up all that night going to restroom because I had diarrhea. The next day the symptoms continued until this morning where I began to additionally throw up. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
