On Sunday Jan 13 at approximately one pm I ate at the Panera Bread. I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich. A few hours later I became violently ill. Vomited till I was dry heaving. I then had diarrhea though out the night. Took two days to get my strength back. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
