It had one high-priority (raw sewage bubbled up from under the tiles on ground in front of ice machine), five intermediate (black/green mold-like substance in the ice bin; dirty or stained cutting board; food residue inside reach-in freezer; etc.) and 12 basic violations (floor covered with dirty, smelly standing water in front of ice machine, and inside the walk-in cooler there was water mixed with liquids from raw chicken on the floor; heavy grease on kitchen floor; floor tiles in disrepair, etc.)
