I made tofu lettuce wraps (ingredients: tofu, romaine lettuce, bell peppers). I felt fine and everything tasted fine. Over the next couple of hours, I became more and more bloated and it culminated in explosive watery diarrhea. I think it might have been the romaine as I did not have any other symptom that could be soy intolerance related. I purchased everything from here . | Symptômes: Diarrhée, ballonnements
