My toddler, husband, and I went to Sam’s Club last night (Thursday, May 14th around 7pm) and we each had a slice of pepperoni pizza, walked around the store, and went home. As we were pulling into our driveway about 1.5 hours after eating, all 3 of us started having stomach pains, diarrhea, and vomiting. This lasted all night and the whole next day. Included fever, body aches, and chills.
