Family Pizza Night Illness - Sam's Club, Sharpsburg Georgia

1 day ago reported by user-xbwq2713 business

Sam's Club, Fischer Road, Sharpsburg, GA, USA

310 Fischer Road, Sharpsburg, 30277 Georgia, United States

My toddler, husband, and I went to Sam’s Club last night (Thursday, May 14th around 7pm) and we each had a slice of pepperoni pizza, walked around the store, and went home. As we were pulling into our driveway about 1.5 hours after eating, all 3 of us started having stomach pains, diarrhea, and vomiting. This lasted all night and the whole next day. Included fever, body aches, and chills. This was my first time having food poisoning and I feel terrible that I gave it to my 3 year old. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
