I had the Mexican pizza meal with the two taco supremes. Now after 5 hours of eating it, it finally settled in and I have diarrhea and am very nauseous. Vomiting a little. My insides are hurting and it feels like my insides are going to explode. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
