I had taco supreme combo for a late lunch yesterday at about 2pm. The nausea started a few hours later and before I made it home the vomiting and diarrhea began nonstop until I had to call in sick to work for this morning 8/7/19. It’s unusual because I eat from there a few time a week and it is normally outstanding. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
