Today at 1130 am I purchased 2 kids meals (grilled chicken wraps with ff) and I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Both children at complained of an upset stomach after eating there and then both vomited at 10:30pm nearly simultaneously. The vomit still had lettuce and a dark leafy looking substance that was undigested. No fevers as of now. | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
