I ate a chicken sandwich 48 hours ago from Wendy's. 12 hours later I was throwing up and shitting my pants. I haven't left my bed for 2 days except to see the doctor. As I was driving, I threw up 2 times out the window. I've lost 10 pounds in 2 days just from bomiting and shitting. I haven't been able to eat anything and hold it down.
