On 12/10/18 at 7pm i purchased a half size chicken harvest salad, 4piece nugget & large fries. I went hone and had the salad & nuggets later around 10pm for dinner.I started feeling nauseous at approximately 11am the following morning 12/11 with bad stomach cramps. I went immediately to the restroom and then started throwing up profusely and also had diarrhea, at 12.45 in the afternoon I had to leave work because I was feeling so unwell. I live 31miles from work and I threw up profusely again on my drive home. I have been unable to keep any food down and I am still having very runny diarrhea at 6pm. I checked the date on the walnuts that came with the salad and it was dated expires October 2018, the salad had no date on it nor nutritional information tags.
I am 100% convinced that I became ill from that meal at Wendy’s . I am also now concerned since I may have recently conceived and wonder if this food poisoning could affect anything. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
