I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. It was 4 days into our 10 day trip. I have not eaten 3 days and struggle to hold water down. The vomiting has eased up but the diarrhea has not stopped. The bufffet food was always cold or luke warm. Is there no health and safety in Dominican? | Symptômes: Nausée, Diarrhée, Vomissements, Douleur d'estomac, Crampes, Maux

Nope. I got sick as well so was my daughter. Vomiting and bronchitis from jewel palm beach resort in 2024. Had to have iv and antibiotics and stayed in hospital 2 days. I will have PTSD after that trip and will never go back to Dominican. Beautiful country and beaches but cannot have hit and miss for food and pool safety.
