I had went to Wendy's in Lakewood on South St. And Lakewood Blvd. I had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Peach Minute Maid lemonade. There was this guy who had just finished repairing the beverage machine. I don't know if it was the chemicals from the drink… Voir plus

My 15 year old and 6 year old sons sampled a chicken patty at Costco. They became violently ill a few hours later, almost simultaneously. This is the only thing that they both ate.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
