I had noticed a few of the vegetables and toppings looked a bit frail, but I didn't pay any attention.

Breakfast Burrito from Whole Foods in Redwood City- pre packaged in the quick grab area. Ate it around 11AM on 4/24/18,, starting vomiting by 4PM, and continued to dry heave until 6PM.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements
