Ate the beef and cheddar from Arby's and just 2.5 hours later the vomiting and diarrhea began- and it was violent. Also had severe stomach cramps that nearly put me in tears. I debated going to the emergency room but luckily symptoms had started to calm down after 4 hours.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements

My wife and I both ordered iced caramel mochas and had the same exact symptoms, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea. We had the drinks around 6 pm on Sunday. By Monday morning the symptoms came on.
